The Pitted Extra Virgin Olive Oil with lemon, with an intense and fruity taste, is excellent for seasoning raw carpaccio, fine meats, fish, shellfish and salads. To create a precious condiment,  and above all genuine, we do not use artificial flavors but  exclusively  natural lemons  coming from the Puglia region. THE  fruits  they are pressed directly with olives to extract their typical aromas  in order to obtain a pure, fresh and natural oil.
