A history over more than half a century

Our work is the fruit of experience gained in the field

of  extra virgin olive oil production stubbornly desired by Rocco Capobianco,  founding father of Carolio SNC around the 1960s, years after his return from

German prison camps during World War II .

Since 1968 our company has been operating with

an oil mill located on the hill where the medieval town

of Troia stands, developing a marked competence  in the  selection of olives and the most suitable techniques

to extract oil  with increasingly high quality. A far-sighted research policy has made Carolio SNC, a point of reference for those who want to transform their olives for

self-consumption, as well as for those who intend to purchase and consume oil with guaranteed quality.

We operate through a modern processing plant

three-phase cold  press that together the traditional

pressing with two granite millstonescapable of crushing

the olive without altering the product, with innovative

plant solutions that allow us to achieve:
